FIREARM STRESS TRAINING: SHOOT, DON'T SHOOT

Frank's Chaos offers specialized firearm stress training designed to develop a functional mindset under pressure. This unique program goes beyond basic marksmanship, focusing on the critical decision-making moments when seconds count.

Even with excellent marksmanship, the inability to control emotions during a panic state can lead to disastrous outcomes. This training is about more than just your physical ability to use a firearm; it's about building a resilient mindset. We help you train the "self" in self-defense, so you can think clearly and respond effectively, no matter how chaotic the situation.

What You'll Learn

As with all Frank's Chaos events, students will learn simple, proven stress management practices to improve their ability to communicate and respond effectively. This training is perfect for both new and experienced gun owners. Our comprehensive curriculum covers vital topics, including:

  • Firearm accessibility, safety and storage

  • Stress management and emotional regulation

  • Communication under duress

  • Alternative sources of defense

  • Knowing when and how to call for help

  • Understanding the consequences of your actions

  • Personal safety and mental health

You'll also engage in a Scenario Conflict Challenge, putting your stress management, communication, personal safety, movement, and weapon skillset to the test in realistic situations.

Training Details

All necessary training equipment will be provided. A minimum group size of 6 is required for these events. Optional STOP THE BLEED training is also available upon request for those who want to learn how to manage severe bleeding injuries.
